The above detailed contract is mutually agreed further as follow
1. The hirer must have in possession an acceptable international of local driving driving license in valid
2. Hirer shall utilize motorcycle only for the purpose or sight seeing and not far from Pattaya 50 kms
3. Motorcycles have insurance and compulsory motor insurance. No insurance against all kind of accident to any responsibility on any motorcycle damage, hirer have to take your own responsibility. All damage price-list been show following this contract
4. The renter must pay a full deposit of 2,000 baht on the day the motorcycle is picked up or delivered to the hotel.
5. If the rented motorcycle is damaged or broken, do not let anyone else repair the motorcycle. The lessor will send a mechanic to service you immediately.
6. During the rental period, the lessee shall preserve and maintain the vehicle as a reasonable person would preserve and maintain his own property.
7. The lessee shall be responsible for any loss or damage to the rented property due to the lessee’s or another person’s fault.
8. Our motorcycles are insured and come with standard helmets for renters, as well as a place to put your phone to view GPS and a full tank of fuel.
9. If you are interested in renting a motorcycle, customers can book via this website the amount of costs will be calculated automatically. If the motorcycle is not damaged in any way, we will refund the deposit to the customer.
10. Customers can choose to have our shop deliver the motorcycle or pick it up at the shop. Also, on the day of returning the motorcycle, we have a service to pick it up from the hotel.
